Ryan Clark | My Story
My Story | Season 2, Episode 3
Ryan Clark played thirteen years in the NFL. During 2007 game in Denver, he had to be rushed to the hospital to have his spleen and gall bladder removed – a consequence of the sickle cell trait, which is triggered by high altitudes.
Thirty pounds later, lying in what he thought was his death bed, Ryan called out to God, and God answered him.
He’d go on to play seven more years, winning Super Bowl XLIII with the Steelers, and making the Pro Bowl in 2011.
