I was blind, now I see: What’s the ONE THING you know?

In his Sunday message, Pastor Miles took the church through a guide to sharing their faith. The guide walks you through three main steps:

1. I Was

2. Then Jesus

3. Since Then

John chapter nine tells a story of how Jesus healed a blind man who, once he received his sight, began telling people of what Jesus had done for him. The day that Jesus healed the blind man was the Sabbath (the day of rest), so the Pharisees began to accuse Jesus of being a sinner.

The man who received his sight replied to them, saying in John 9:25, “Whether He is a sinner or not I do not know. One thing I know: that though I was blind, now I see.”

Sharing your faith can be as simple as sharing that ONE THING you know. In the case of the blind man in John chapter nine, the one thing he knew was that he was once blind, but now he could see!

How has God changed your heart?

“Talk about what God has done in your life,” said Miles. If you have a relationship with God, tell people about it. People are searching, working, buying stuff, trying to get what Jesus gives freely.
