Discuss / describe a challenging situation this week that has taken you away from the familiar. How have changes in things that are familiar and comfortable drawn you closer to God?

Dear Lord, Help me draw comfort from the fact that you are unchanging. Please give me the strength and courage to share the comfort of your unchanging character with others; in Jesus’ name, amen.
