“Has the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices,
As in obeying the voice of the Lord?
Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice,
And to heed than the fat of rams.”
Challenge
Discuss / describe one truck that keeps running you over and the commandment that you are breaking, that is causing it to happen.
Prayer
Dear Lord, it seems like I keep getting hurt the same way over and over again. Please reveal to me what I keep doing wrong. Show me how to avoid going the wrong way on the wrong street so I can avoid getting hit by the same truck over and over again. I pray this in Jesus’ name, amen.
