God wants you to let Him be Superman

John 13:5: After that, He poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel with which He was girded.
Challenge
Some Christians minister to others but neglect their own spiritual nourishment. Are you like that? Read through the Gospels and find ways in which Jesus allowed His followers to help Him. Discuss / describe ways this week in which you can let others support you and feed your soul.
Prayer
Dear Lord, You not only let others pray with You and tend to your needs, You Yourself washed the feet of Your disciples. Help me this week to accept the help of others, so that I can be recharged and spiritually healthy for the future. In Jesus’ name, amen.
