Don’t say you don’t see color
God is the greatest artist out there, and we are His masterpiece. Genesis 1:27-31 says that God created people in His own image, and that He saw His creation and found it to be very good.
We were made to awe at God’s creation, because creation speaks of His attributes. Romans 1:20 says that “since the creation of the world His (God’s) invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made.”
People, having been made by God, admire themselves as God’s creation. We innately know that our unique characteristics speak of a powerful God.
And when you tell someone that you “don’t see color,” you’re essentially telling them that looking at them doesn’t make you awe at God’s creation. So I caution you, please don’t tell me you don’t see this caramel cocoa brown I got going on!
