Bring your burden to church
One of the primary criticisms of Christians is that they act like they’re perfect, like everything is good – especially in church.
It’s okay to be kind and happy, to put your best forward, but it’s very important that, when you do come to church, more than anything, you bring your burden to the surface, asking God to minister to it and change that part of your life.
No matter what it is – it may be a burden, a bad habit, a sin – God wants to you to surrender it to Him, and allow his Holy Spirit to speak to you.
Next time you come to church, prepare your heart. Ask yourself: “What’s burdening me?” And they pray, asking God to touch that area of your life at church, ministering to you, and making you whole.
