Anquan Boldin | My Story

Anquan Boldin is a veteran NFL wide receiver of fourteen years. Success has followed him everywhere he’s been in the league, including tenures with the Arizona Cardinals, the Baltimore Ravens, the San Francisco 49ers, and the Detroit Lions.

Over that span, he has won Offensive Rookie of the Year (2003), amassed over 13,700 yards and 83 touchdowns, won a Super Bowl, gone to three Pro Bowls, and won the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award (2015).

In spite of all of Anquan’s success, at one point in his childhood, his pain over his parents’ divorce was so great that he became almost mute – unable to speak. In this episode of MY STORY, Anquan talks about overcoming childhood pain and living a life of hope and purpose.
